Order

How do I cancel my order?

We get it, we change our minds too! We wish we could, but once an order is placed we cannot change or cancel it at this time. If the item(s) does not work, be sure to exchange for the preferred product or return for a refund.

What if I want to talk to someone?

We want to talk to you too! Contact us with questions, concerns or feedback. We will make sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Friday will be answered the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany and Dach-Benelux. Contact us to find out more about shipping to another destination.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping usually takes 1-3 days. Selected products that are in remote storage will normally take 3-5 days. International delivery times depend on the products and the destination (contact us about this).

Returns and refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. The goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received, be unused, have all tags attached and contain all original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 days from the time we receive the item(s).
